Yes. We are PDPA compliant.

Customers need t complete the order before the daily cut-off (9.00pm) and receive the goods the next day. If it encounters a Monday or public holiday, the shipment will be postponed to the second working day.

Our delivery time is 9 am to 7 pm. We can only ensure that every day’s orders will be sent, but there is no way to make special arrangements according to the time specified by the customer.

In any case, we also accept customers to come to our operation department to pick them up. The time is from 2pm to 7pm. This method is to facilitate those customers who are not covered by our drivers to arrange GRAB or LALAMOVE on their own. (Excluding Monday and certain holidays)
